I am able to serve a wide variety of documents. If you have something that is not listed below, please feel free to contact me, and I will work with you.

What methods of service do you offer?

I currently offer personal and posting services with a variety of options that are listed below.

Personal Service

With Personal Service, your documents are served in person. I provide the following options.

  • Standard - Your documents are served within a 8 day period once accepted

  • Expedited - Your documents are served within a 4 day period once accepted

  • Same Day - Your documents are served within 24 hours once accepted

Cost for Personal Service

Each of the options mentioned above has a service fee. For each option, I will make two attempts to serve your documents at no extra charge.

  • Standard - $65

  • Expedited - $90

  • Same Day - $115

  • Additional Attempt Fee - $10 per attempt

If I cannot serve your documents after the first two attempts, then I will contact you. Any attempt after will receive additional fees.

Example: Standard Personal Service ($65) + 2 Attempts ($0) + 1 Additional Attempt ($10)= $75 on completion of serve

Service Outside of Calumet, Outagamie, and Winnebago Counties

I am more than happy to serve documents outside of the counties that I cover. However, I will charge a mileage fee after the first 25 miles per trip instead of an attempt fee. The service fees for each option under Personal Service and Posting Service will remain the same.

Mileage Fee - $0.67 per mile (National Average)

Example: To serve in Stevens Point from Appleton; 138 Miles Round Trip-25 Miles= 113 Miles * $0.67= $75.71 + Standard Personal Service ($65) = $146.36 on completion of serve

Posting Service

With Posting Service, your documents are served in person. If recipient is not available to accept them on the first attempt, then your documents are posted on the door of the recipient. This service is only applicable for residential addresses. I provide the following options.

  • Standard - Your documents are served/posted within 2 days once accepted

  • Same Day - Your documents are served/posted within 24 hours once accepted

Cost of Posting Service

Each of the options mentioned above have a service fee. Since the documents are posted during the first attempt, the Attempt Fees are waived.
